Reviving / Moving downed players

We really need the ability to a) move injured players both on foot and into vehicles to then take to a hospital. and b) the ability to revive a friend or someone you randomly meet some which way. idk how either would be best done but ye both, in my opinion, need to be done.

If something like this were to be, I'd suggest that it would work in the same way as Arma in that you would be unable to revive when the NHS were online and the most you could do would be to stabilise someone. I agree that you should be able to move someone on foot, but my worry is that you'd quickly see people just taking their friends to hospital rather than wait for an ambulance.
