Description of what happened: Having arrived at the weed processing having heard shots, we decided to begin RP with the people there, while a hatchback sport drove around lurking, the RP was quite good and they said that the truck they had was a test model for some greasing for tires, I told them I'd check the tires, at this time Rooney began to VDM, unfortunately, the VDM script seemed to wear off and I began to die, we obviously didn't break RP and shout you're VDMing him, but it was made quite clear that they were running me over, and GC Rob, the guy lurking, had the same angle to see that the footage shows, it's quite clear what was happening, as soon as I realized I was gonna be dead if I didn't do something, I tried to spike strip the car from underneath, at this time my patrol partners shot at the tires to help, Rob, waiting for such a chance, opened up on me, the guy just outta the VDM animation. Borderline RDM, he just wanted a firefight and no RP.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. I attempted to have a nice civil discussion with them, Dentibus the mentor can attest to this, all I met in the channel was constant interruption and constant accusations that I shouldn't have been near the vehicle to get VDM'd. Even though I was near the vehicle having told them in RP. They blamed this on poor comms, but poor comms or not, I died having just come from a VDM animation, with no way to move quickly having had the truck take me down very low and being stuck with spikes out trying to stop the vehicle running me over. They saw no fault in this, I saw no resolution from them. I know that reporting is serious, but this is a time to far.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
I'd politely ask that only the person reported, Jay/Rooney respond, I don't want a shit storm of everyone wanting their say, it clutters it for the admins.
