RP question.

If you were to roleplay someone giving you all of their detials such as car license plate to all their vehicles and the colour etc. Would this provide a reasonable rp to metagame the vehicles? (I mean this in the way that you would know it is that persons vehicle and could use that in rp)

I only ask as i wondered what way would someone have of finding someone after giving a loan of such and they didnt come back.

Who would even do that , that means whenever they've done that you have the reson to send them to prison or give them a ticket straight after you've pulled them over..
