Probably because the content has been blocked in your country. You could try and use a VPN or ask someone to stream for you over Discord. Alternatively I can make an unlisted copy or edit the bit out if you know which bit of content is being blocked?

 
Upload an unlisted copy if you please, no clue which part is being blocked, just says NBC universal  copyright
