That's the risk of going to the red zones. If you don't want to loose your gear, because you get killed by police, then don't go there.

I do not see the question here at all, I understand your frustration trust me I understand, however this is not the way to push your point across. Instead I would suggest taking a step back and thinking of something constructive and then once you have that proceed in making a suggestion and see what happens. I look forward to hopefully reading your suggestion.
