In this age of RP, crates are used for a lot of things and a problem that I have personally came across is the act of having to "steal the crate" when you was not the person who placed it. Crates/bags are used for many things from storing and moving materials to moving leather and other items. It is the act of picking up the crate that I am focusing on in this suggestion.
To me the act of having to "Steal the crate" when someone from your gang/shop/restaurant has placed it, then being stuck in a "stealing" animation doesn't make much sense to me and is rather annoying. I can see why this feature was added to stop instants crate stealing's, as you could just pick up a crate and hop on a bike in the same action and be away with yourself. With this being a great of a feature as it was, I believe it needs a little tuning.
What I am suggesting is that if you character is in the same F6/shop/restaurant/Keys to the same place type beat. That this time in where you have to wait to pick up a crate is voided and you can just pick it up just as how the other person who placed it can.

Cons: A "LITTLE" bit of dev work (idk how much or little it would be)
