Satchel Charge Rules?

I'm getting curious about the restrictions on satchel charges. The questions I have are as follows:

1. Can you place it to blow "X" up and what are you allowed to blow up

2. Can you attach it to a vehicle and in what circumstances if you can.

3. Is it purely for the bank robberies

Satchel charges are used solely for the purpose of opening the vault in the bank. Once done, all attempts for negotiations are over so be careful when decided to plant it. As for placing on cars, there are no explosives on the server that will do damage to players, only for RP such as the bank.

You can literally only use them on the bank, and once planted, you can shoot cops/they can shoot you without RP and it's no longer RDM.
