Seems rather odd seeing as there have been multiple Barn scams this week alone.... anyone would think he has something to hide!

@'RiCh' why the lack of trust? I have many people giving rousing character references and I'm willing to offer the service free of charge! What's to think about?

Sold to a friend.  Not going to be spammed into selling my barn with M&S. Didn't think you were able to scam on the forums but if that is what has been happening of late then I understand everyone's concern. Prefer less of the accusations ,Sherlock homes crap,  and spam from  people with no intention of buying it, other then that thanks for your time.
