Description of what happened: Chased a guy who was selling drugs into the green zone. He pulled out his gun and shot at me in the green zone, after he was restrained he then glitched and shot at me and killed a civ (in the green zone)
What Rule Was Broken ?:
[SIZE=medium]3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]6A) You are unable to kill anyone in a green zone (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]
2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He said he did not know he was restrained
