In the shop management for any shop you have the 'manage employees' section, but there isn't any way to see a limit, unless you know it or hit it. Basically just employ people until it tells you you've hit the limit.
If possible, I'd like to see it showing how many you have & can have - for example just shows "Current Employees 4/6" or something like that on this page.
