Skill Level Limits

Does anyone know if skills are limited to a level, or is there a level they stop improving said skill however still increase?

For stamina and strength it's level 30 pretty sure it's the same for other skills as well.

I managed to get my strength up to 40 and stamina up to 50. Just not sure if it makes any difference or caps at 30 etc

Most other skills go to 4.
