Skills in general and mechanic skill

hello, it would be nice if the skills went past the maxed level u can get. for example the mechanic is capped at 4. 

it would be nice for it to go past the capped level for no other reason than the feel of progression and flexing ur work, no other benefits past level 4 though. 

Also a hunter skill would be nice.
