Description of what happened: He keeps sending people to prison not once, but 5 or 6 times, seen this alot from him. That way he makes the bounty several times over.

we're putting up a report about a fellow BH who restrained in a green zone, and broke NLR, and led this guy and his friend to us when he shouldn't have even been here. But this guys RP was poor, I demanded to speak to the police before he sent me to jail as we should not have been restrained in a safe zone, and he just sent me instantly to prison without attempting to RP.
