Description of what happened: Well i arrested him for trolling and just been a tit i tried telling him to read the rules when he had time and when i was dealing with him he logged, he then ran back into the HQ when he came back not to hand himself in but to troll and when i tazed him he logged again.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1B) Combat logging.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No he was just a troll.
