We tried to rob this guy named Steve and he runned away we killed him and he combatlogged and when we checked his inventory we saw a po7 in his inventory.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
  No because he combat logged he never came back online.

I have footage of him and his friend combat logging to resist arrest at the bank too, but I let them off saying if I saw them do it again I'll report them... but hey he's at it again.

I am glad this report happened, but i didn't like how that RP happened you didn't speak to him about potentially joining the rebellion or something else and have fun like everyone used to do
