Suits?

Hey nerds!

So I was looking at a few pictures (screenshots) the other day (Maybe old idk). And there was a few where people were wearing suits. I was wondering if they're still about and where I can get them? I'm aware of the Marshal Clothes, but it's not quite a suit. Any help would be great!

Perhaps he/she is referring to the black prestige suit? Which you can get by reaching prestige 1.
