Hi everyone, I am probably a little bit stupid asking this question but do you have to be in the staff team to become a member of support live and if not how does one go about joining the support team? - Thanks Dan Barretto

There is no support team anymore, it's just the staff team.

The "Support Live!" tag is used by us to get notified if someone joins the "Join for support" channel when we're not looking

the support team is not here anymore it is all staff team. it used to be staff team and then member support.

The Support Team is an old construct removed as of 1st of January 2017. Instead of having The Support Team, we have made a bigger Staff Team, so yes you got to be Staff to be Support Live. This might change in the future, who knows!

No more member support, just staff put it on to get a PM on teamspeak of when someone joins the join for support channel and then they can help when they are not tabbed into teamspeak.
