Can someone tell me what the controls are for stuff like making a 999 call if needed etc?

I am new to Arma 3 and like Jon Snow I know nothing.

You can press 'Y' to bring up your menu and click on phone. Here you can make an emergency text to the Police, NHS, Taxi and ARAC.

How do you get a job?

Is this done the same way?

When in game, Press Y to bring up your player Menu.

You should then see a button called Mobile.

From there you can send an emergency text to the Police.

Make sure you include a brief description of your problem and most importantly, you're exact location!

A good example would be to say: "Help! I'm being robbed by 3 heavily armed rebels at Oil Processing".

Unfortunately a lot of messages we get as police just say: "im being robbed" which isn't very helpful to us as Police, nor the guy being robbed as we can't help him as we don't know where he is.

How do you get a job?

You don't technically get a "job", being a roleplay server it is completely up to you as to how you make money and make a living.

For example, you can go pick apples at the apple fields, and sell them at the markets, or make it into cider for a bit of extra money, or do something more on the illegal side by picking weed, processing it at the "weed processor" and then sell it at one of the many Drug Dealer you can find around town. Careful, while this is a good way to make money it is also very dangerous.

I have seen the thread with screenshots of 999 calls so I know exactly what you mean lol. It's like some people think you know where everyone is.

I want to be a good guy and taxi driving seems like a more legit way to learn the map and earn money.
