So will this not be in game?   Sounds like an epic chance for RP and chaos, so I've no idea why you would not hold this in the club, just get a heavy police presence or maybe hire some bouncers.

If it's just a TS thing then what exactly does it have to do with the game, it's then just some people singing on voice coms?
