Description of what happened: While arrresting TI Ben for landing in npas with a hummingbird with a weapon on his back, he was incredibly offensive and insulted myself, and willie nelson out of roleplay.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 1, adult community.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I asked ben to come to Teamspeak, but he refused to talk to me.

I was in teamspeak the whole time you didn't approach me even though I guess it wouldn't have went anywhere with your history when trying to resolve things there anyway.

The continuous reports continue to stream in against the personal grudges held against certain people by certain people.

This is an adult community if you consider yourself an adult you should probably work on handling yourself better when given abuse as a Police officer if you were an officer in real life you'd be subject to things 100x worse than that.

You mentioned my promotion, Referring to the fact that I was promoted on Saturday, How would you know I was promoted if you didn't meta game my name?

You mentioned fuel, Fuel was not present in the situation or even in the game, so referring to him in this vulgar manner is out of roleplay.....

I was in teamspeak the whole time you didn't approach me even though I guess it wouldn't have went anywhere with your history when trying to resolve things there anyway.

So as you can see, I asked you to come to teamspeak. Which you ignored..... With regards to resolving situations on teamspeak, You need only ask your fellow gang members how many of them I've resolved situations  without the need to post on the forums.

Would that be referring to to the TI member that was just community banned for something similar?, I've never made a report on the same person twice, and I've never had a report of my rejected. Meaning the only people I report are rule breakers who deserve to be left out of our community.

This isn't real life, It's a game. You harassing someone within an adult community with childish and aggressive slurs ins't going to be met with open arms. I think you should take the time to re-evaluate yourself if you think anything what you said was acceptable. 

If you have no further evidence you want to bring to the table then I think it's best we leave the report here for an admin to decide, as I'm in no way interested in starting an essay of a report when in this case, everything that needs to be said has done.

4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)

You're a SGT in the Police force you had to have got promoted at some point.

Why does it even matter who I mentioned it's not like people don't know a CSI of the Police force does it really matter if I mention him or the queen of sheba ?

Ok after looking at this for a long time i have come to the conclusion that this was a unnecessary act of verbal shit. There was no need for this and it was hateful and pointless. For this a ban will be issued. I do however understand this is not a one sided problem and will be looking into gang police relations.
