so trucking we have loads of idiots that carnt drive right what i think should happen is
you buy a license then have to do training school this is just a random thought and alot of work may have to go into it but its just a thought so its based on a level system
level 1 is basic training low paid short jobs
level 2 medium training low to medium
level 3 intense training higher pay
or maybe have it where you start off on low end paid jobs but the more you do the better IQ you get like with mining etc the more you do the better it gets so say you get to level 4 then you would get only long trips worth 20k etc
