Tug boat for Fishing

The improvements to the fishing system were really good. But one thing was missed out! A Tug boat would be a great, realistic addition to the available vehicles on the server. This would make great sense for those with fishing characters.

In the original suggestion there was an idea that the Tugboat could have more advanced methods of catching fish, rather than just using a rod. I would like to see this, but I am happy with just the Tugboat being added as a standalone vehicle.

Would be good seeing proper fishing companies, the conflict between them and generally an opportunity to introduce more diverse characters.
