no i dont remember its so long time and i have been playing so much wasteland servers

Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)

so does that mean that i have perma bans? ;(

After careful review your appeal has been denied and your deportation order is final 

You have also been declared Persona Non Grata by the Altis government due to the policies of combat logging.

Unfortunately it was long ago, and the rules state that it is a perma ban without appeal. 

I wish you good luck and find a new server that you can call home.
