In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
i was at the heroin processor, then i went near my chopper and a cop said to put my hands in the air, i started running then i said "i wont put my hands up", then i shot him, then i went back to the heli and i couldnt take off, another officer was out of the heli and i got out, he shot me with the taser, then i killed him, ran in to the forest and when i was in the middle of some rocks i was teleported to the middle of the sea, then i reconnected and got banned. I went to your ts3 and they told me that probably was handcuffs glitching but the officer did not arrested me

Why should we unban you.
has you can see, i have my steam account for 12 years, not a single ban! i am not a dirty player, i didnt knew about thouse type of glitching

You shot a police officer while in restrains, therefore glitched.

i didnt knew that i could do that, never happened to me! but now i fully read the rules and now i know of the existance of that glitch, wont happen again

 
i dont think so man, because i killed the officer and then i wasnt a sec arrested, i just got up, grabbed the officers rifle and ran in to the woods, but then i was teleported to the middle of the sea

 
He was restrained with the message went through the animation going prone and was still able to shoot his gun. However he killed the officer and ran off.

 
yes, i ran but i was in the heroin processor, it was all by the roleplay, the officer told me to put my hands up, i said that " i wont put them" and the ran, all of the situation was by the roleplay. you are dealing drugs, the cops appears, what do you do? you need to run, just the glitch that i didnt know that existed, it was my mistake, all the rest was by the rules

 
It is not roleplay, when you are restrained, if your restraints fall off because of a server bug, it is considered an exploit/glitch. If they fall off you're to sit there and let the officer continue the roleplay, not shoot them and run off.

 
man, but if i was arrested why didnt i stay on the same place where the officer arrested me? tell me? How can you predict something that you dont know how to do? wasnt on purpose lol, nobody knows everything and i have already said i was sorry, if you want to be like that do me, ok, there is no problem, i am glad for you, you must be god cuz by the way you are judging me you never made a mistake!

Your attitude is horrible, I'm not a god. I'm trying to explain it was an exploit in the hopes you wouldn't do it again.

Try again when you're ready to admit what you did was wrong.
