Also i was caught under cover, minding my own business and just trying to start a new life. For him to then arrest me and ban me...

wel simply you got banned on your other account and then got caught ban evading. 

i just did a ip check and you forum account has the same ip as the 2 accounts care to explain ? 
And be honest we are not stupid.
