I was banned because I RDMed a cviilian in a greenzone by using a fire arm in Kavala

Why should we unban you.
I was new to PC gaming and hadn't been on Arma before and I RDMed someone in Kavala when it was night and I accidentially killed a civilian. I didn't actually even know the civilian was there because I couldn't see clearly because it was dark and I unluckily must of get a headshot on the civilian.
Also i'm more experienced in Arma now and it won't happen again.
