because i was 3 warnings on my profile . And this was 4. But i get misunderstanded i will explain on ''why should we unban you''.

Why should we unban you ?
(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

I didn't kill anyone. There was a roleplay happening. 2 guys said put your hands up i did it. So my friend said to them when he is in building '' leave the man alone or you will get shot'' they didn't listen my friend, my friend killed them. Then when they are laying on ground a guy comes from same clan try to aid them i said him ''sir please leave the combat zone'' he didn't listened me. So i said put your hands up , he start running i made couple warning shots on ground when he is running, then a guy killed him who isn't even on my clan or on my roleplay situation. This is what happened . i explained this to admin but he banned me because i have 3 warnings on my profile.

i didn't indentify anyone with his name in game. i think admin misunderstanded when i explain to him. i was giving player names to admin when im telling situation. When im in zipties out of island.

So you get warned 3 times for similar offences. 
You have been kicked 2 times to read the rules, and you proceded to get banned only a couple of days later.

How come its so difficult for you to follow the rules?
Cause the way it looks now, it feels like you are throwing away Staff Teams time buy constantly spending it on you.

How can we be sure you will not just jump back on, and go back to breaking rules ?

Dear staff, you are all right about your words. But as i said this last offense was misunderstanding. When i made an appeal, i read the rules 3 times at least in this waiting time, for understand all of it.

I read the rules many times as i said and i can give you a guarantee this wouldn't happen again. Because i know what will happen, if im unbanned and if i broke the rules again, i can't even make an appeal. That will cost me a lifetime ban.

i will think twice before act.

I will always think about; this is a very high quality roleplay server (really it is) if i break the rules that will reduce the roleplay quality. People putting effort on making roleplay quality on highest level so i have no right to reduce that. Rules is most important thing for a quality server.

I really think about this and understand it.

I'm interested to know why after you were banned you came to Join for Support to speak to staff and after you asked a few questions, You decided to ask "So, Something to ask you, Mr Yankee Champion, Did you enjoy that? Banning someone? was it like 'Yes thats one more motherfucker off the server'?"

Why should we let you back on the server when you show this terrible attitude towards members of the Staff team?

Really you take it serious? That was a joke. I was laughing when im saying that words. 

After that, i send a private message to Yankee via teamspeak i said ; '' im not mad at you, that was a joke. If you broke rules you get banned, so its okay we are cool, just wanna let you know.''

You can ask him, if he remembers.

Looks like you misunderstanded but its perfectly fine. Because we have different cultures.

Sorry to hear you consider a joke to terrible attitude. If this showed up your mind when we have that conversation, sorry about that. Like i said its normal, different cultures, different talking/humour styles.

So, the culture you come from you often disrespect people and their actions?

We often hear people say its a joke after they have been caught out. I'm not 100% convinced it was meant to be a joke at the time. I think you were annoyed and decided to take it out on someone.
