In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
There was a bank job in progress, I was in the surroundings with a sniper trying to see what was happening when I got engaged, shots were fired on me first I was at around 700 meters from the location of the bank robbery, only after being shot 3 or 4 times ( Can't remember currently ) did I returned fire, I was there with a friend of mine that saw the whole thing happening, I did kill one of the guys who were shooting at me it was [TKC] Rick ( got everything noted here in case I would ever need to appeal to the ban because I thought it was a temporary ban ) After killing him I was accused of RDM, I know the rules, I was engaged first, I was at around 700 meters away, I couldn't engage in RP even if I wanted because I couldn't get close to the position since I was getting shot at.

Why should we unban you ?
I never had any offence before this one, I always engaged in RP with other players, the reason for which I was banned permanently was absurd, I was being shot at from 700 meters away, how could I engage in RP if I was that far away and being shot? I thought this was a temporary ban, that's why I didn't appeal at that time, and then I stopped playing arma for a while until now, I'm asking for the unban because this was the best Altis life server I played in, and I never had any problem playing on it, no other incidents, this was the first time and as I said, it wasn't played by the rules from the other guys and by the admin who banned me, I tried to explain in the chat what happen, and I still got banned anyway. Am I supposed to be shot at and not return fire ? If so, that was my only fault in the server, for the whole time I played in it, and it was quite a while...

Handle it better ? I could had leave the area, that's the only other thing I could have done beside dying to the gunfire.
And to answer your other question, RDM is to kill someone without engaging RP.
And then I will say what I said before, I couldn't engage in RP from 700 meters away and being shot at, not possible at all.

And I say it again, I only engaged in combat after being shot at 3 or 4 times, from within the complex where the robbery was happening.
