In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I believe I was banned for going over a guy who braked in front of my tempest while he was in a kart while going through Kavala. I would like to explain that while going through the Kavala main road I get pretty bad lag and if I had had enough time to brake I would of but before I knew it he was glitching out halfway through my truck. In the video that was provided you can see that I swerved out of the way.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
You are allowed to immobilize MRAPS (Hunters/Striders/Ifrits), as long as you are in an MRAP aswell. This is because these are some of the only vehicles inside of the game that do not explode upon tapping eachother. Using any other vehicle as a weapon will result in a ban.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Even though I haven't been on the server for very long I'm well aware that VDM isn't acceptable and I feel that because of someone thinking it was a good idea to bait me into VDM'ing isn't very fair. Also as I explained I do get issues with lag which initially is my own fault but it will mean I will pay more attention to people in front of me.
