Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Vacatio
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for combat logging, I was being chased by a policeman(s) for stealing a car that belonged to another policeman. We stopped in a field to gain an advantage and then I proceeded to tell them to "Get out of the car", the officers exited with weapons equipped, I was outnumbered and in defense I shot in their direction, they proceeded to fire back and killed me. As it would seem, in response to such action, I logged off. However, I logged off many seconds before I died which would still have not been enough time for the officers to examine the scene, advance, then proceed to revive me. The reason for logging out was that I, unknowingly, straight after the fight, had to leave the server to attend to a different personal matter. This resulted in my gear being saved, and the assumption that I had combat logged. I don't imply that I wasn't at fault, as I was, but my intentions were for that not to be so.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I believe that I should be unbanned for the reason that I never have intended to or before this, broken any rules of the server purposely. Any rules I have broken, which were all minor ones, I have notified the one who I have affected of my intentions (which are never bad) and apologized. I believe that, although it is apparent I am at fault, I never intended to break any rules and in the future I will be careful not to break any more rules. I apologize to whomever the actions I took that resulted in my ban affected.
I hope my appeal is taken into consideration and if it is declined, I completely understand any justification for doing so.
