I was banned for breaking rule 16C) Advertising your teamspeak on our servers/website/teamspeak or social media groups is bannable other than TS.AltisLife.co.uk. I know that breaking this rule results in a permanent ban, but I can assure you that I did not intend to "poach" members of this community. That day I had intended to do a salt run with another player who was not in EXP. I was not a very high rank in EXP so I wasn't allowed to give out the password to our gang channels on the ALUK teamspeak and all of the public rooms were full, so I thought that it would be ok to give him the EXP teamspeak. I don't know what I was thinking when I did this.

Why should we unban you.
When I joined EXP back in April I was told that you (Wilco) were cool with us having our own Teamspeak, but then around June we moved to a new teamspeak server, alot of the original EXP members became inactive on this server and started playing other games with people who had nothing to do with ALUK. This changed the purpose of having our own teamspeak from having more rooms availible to another gaming community. I didn't really think about this until after we got blanket banned, as I would spend most of my time in the EXP rooms or on the ALUK teamspeak playing with non-EXP members or new players, so I never really "joined" that community. I deeply regret what I did, and fully understand what I did was wrong. I also did not change my name to anything stupid that night as you can see below.

I hope that I will be given a second chance and reintegrate into the community, as I dearly miss many of the friends I have made here

I respect you never changed your name, but I bet you were laughing along with them....
The attitude displayed there was disgusting, offencive, immature, adolescent, etc.....
 

It wasn't simply about being on another TS.

Why has it taken you so long to appeal?

 
I can assure you that I was not at all laughing with them infact as you can see I muted myself, so I wouldn't have to hear any of it. I decided to appeal now (almost 7 months later) again because I have generally been missing Altis Life. I know that my previous unban's have been denied, but I thought that it might be worth another try. I also did not take part in the ISIS photos, or anything else that happened since the blanket ban.

It's Neo's/Wilco's decision, but as Arjun was one of the few Americans playing on the server, I can vouch for him. During my time as a mentor, he would assist me with showing newer players in-game how the illegal activities work since I wasn't allowed to do it as I was a cop.
