I was banned for rdm(not intentional tho) when i started shooting a police car that started chasing my friends(i wanted to shoot the wheels but my sight went up a little and killed the policeman who was driving instantly).

Why should we unban you ?
Because i read the rules and understood them perfectly and i swear it was an accident and swear that it will never happen again.
