In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
was in the weed field when an officer unmounted a police helicopter and was running
towards me with a sidearm, I shot the officer as any drug dealer worth his salt would!
After a police chase I was arrested, While I was in handcuffs an officer shot me and killed me
in front of 8+ officers witnessing it. I requested a medic and after 5 minutes My body
disappeared from the screen so I respawned.
The Ban note was RDM and restrain glitching? I did not RDM nor glitch by respawning (My body was not visible on the dirt).

Why should we unban you ?
I was roleplaying the game, I was in a weed field and did not want to be arrested so I shot
the Deputy which is not classified as an RDM. I think I was sticking to the spirit of roleplaying and I hope I would be able to rejoin
the server to continue roleplaying. I also think the officer who shot me while handcuffed is wrong
in doing so and did not expect to get banned after being shot and killed.

You clearly do not understand the rules. Not wanting to be arrested is not a valid reason to open fire on someone without any form of roleplay.

Also, restraint glitching: You were restrained and abused the Arma animation after being restrained, which lets you shoot your weapon. Since you were restrained, you are not supposed to make use of a obvious glitch, you can not fire while restrained.

Using that exploit, or glitch, is cause for a ban without appeal. If you would at least have read and understood the rules, as you claimed to do so you could submit the appeal, we may have given you a chance. You however come here to appeal, click the YES button when asked if you have read the rules, yet do not understand you can not just open fire on a officer without any form of roleplay between you and him, just because you assume he is there to arrest you.

Therefore;

Appeal denied, permanent ban issued.
