Date & Time you was banned:: I think it was a few months back
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): no admin is mentioned but this is the connection message: You are banned permanently. Reason: "Trolling - Appeal at AltisLife.co.uk"
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i was banned for trolling, it was a late-ish night and we wanted to have some fun. we where in a support channel and wanted help for life issues witch where not relevant to the game. at the time we thaught it was funny but know i understand what time i had wasted from one of your staff members and i am sorry for doing so.

Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3C) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense.
Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or a unappealable ban depending on the admins decision).
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because i now understand that wasting staff time is not acceptable and i am genuinely sorry for doing so
