Hmm something doesn't add up....

On the notes it states you 'bumped' the other car to 'piss him off' therefore meaning you MEANT to VDM him, correct?

You then lied to staff and tried to say you weren't the driver... When you were...

So even after you'd been caught you persistently lie. Explain that.
