In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
We had a robbery at kore fuel and managed to get out after shooting 2 officers and we waited 10 minutes and drove down the same road again passing kore fuel. But when our hatchback sport passed kore fuel a hatchback pulled infront of us cousing us to crash infront of the officers. After being arrested i put my hands up and got shot with a rubber bullet by the officer in charge( Jon). after that a UNMC member ziptied me and stripped me of my weapons and my friends got arrested aswell. The officer walked away and the UNMC unziptied me and gave me my gun back. I proceeded to go behind the red container next to kore fuel and shoot the officers since i thought that the officer shooting with the rubber bullet was the initiation and since i was badly hurt i didn't want to walk over there because i would be outnumbered. so i shot them and then i got shot and banned.

Why should we unban you ?
Because it was a honest mistake since i thought the rubber bullet that officer Jon shot at me counted as initiation and i didn't want to walk over to them and warn them since i had 11% hp and that i couldn't even run. I know that the sit was not right and that i did break 2.2 and i completely recognize my mistake and i take full responsibility for it. I don't think i have ever been banned before and that this will be my first ban. I always try to get as hight quality roleplay and in-depth roleplay as possible. But to be honest i just ruined the situation for the other people at the situation that were there. So i also want to excuse to everybody that were in that situation for making their roleplay less fun.

Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

This means that you can't kill a person without a valid reason or initiation. For example you can't shoot a random person you see without a good roleplay reason. So for example you would be robbing the fuel station and the police show up you can't instantly open fire.

What would you do different next time?

I would in this situation have walked up to the police and talked to them that way or i would just flee the scene fearing my own life.

Give some more detail, more specifically what would you say next time if you still wanted to shoot the officer for example?

i would look how many officer are at the scene and if there would be for example 2 officers i would gunpoint them and i would tell them to put their hands up then i would strip them off there communications and after that i would make 1 of them unrestrain my friends and then i would tell them to put their hands up again and after that i would drive off with my friends.
