In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
After being killed in the Spawn Town of Agios, I spawned in the town of Agios which the admin must have seen as a breach of the new life rule.

Why should we unban you.
I feel that regardless of death, you should be able to spawn in any town you want. I was not going to reclaim my gear as I was going past where I died. In addition, I was not spoken to by the admin to discuss the matter over TS and instead I was instantly banned despite being in another TS channel. I feel that this is bad practise as not only was I denied a chance to defend myself over the relatively minor matter, but I was also refused any form of explanation to why I was banned, which is again bad practise.
Overall, I feel that I should be unbanned as not only was the issue handled badly but the offence of spawning in a ‘spawn town’ regardless of death should not result in an unexplained ban, especially when the rules do not cover spawn points and new life rule. To conclude, the new life rule section on your rules page does not specify if an offender would be banned, thus an instant ban should not have taken place. I feel that the Admin should have spoken to be personally, before this unjustifiable ban.

Any rule violation is grounds for a ban if deemed so by the administrative staff. We are not required to give warnings for any infractions.

What is the new life rule?

I would recommend explaining in your "Rules" page that no matter what the Rules state, any offence could lead to a ban. This is incredibly misleading and unfair.

And the reason you're violating the dispute a ban appeal rule is? When it very clearly says dispute a ban is for the banned person, and staff only. Don't reply, heed warning.

Also if you read the rules screen it clearly says:

The fact is the rules on your site are unclear. Restricting a spawn area is rather pathetic. If spawn restrictions were explained on your rules page I would understand your reasoning. There is no clause on the rules page that says that NLR dictates which areas you can spawn in. Players should be allowed to spawn in any town they want regardless of where they died. But your NLR should only effect players who chose to interact with their body's or the people who just killed them. Otherwise, you are banning people who just want to get on with their "new life", as I was doing before I was banned.

Your dispute is not to discuss about the way you were banned as being unjust/unfair, unless something was improperly done from the staff member. Your ban was valid, and if you want to be unbanned, when finished feel free to add a suggestion to the suggestion forum about your issues with the rules.

I am saying that I feel that my ban is invalid as I was essentially banned for spawning in a town. Which is present on your menu. It is not like I was driving into an area where I died. It is a spawn town, players should be able to spawn where they want. This should be the only exception to the rule. I did not go to interact with my body or the people who killed me. I was just a normal CIV living their life. I did not act upon a past life. Spawn zones are spawn zones and players should be able to chose where they want to spawn. If anything the rule should only effect players who act upon their past life, which I did not.

It says it right there, and you think it's invalid, its clear as day on the rule page.
