In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well I was banned for two reasons, so ill talk about the poor RP first.
Ascension had just got there gang base. For the last 2 days before TBM and SC had a rivalry between A. I wont get into it but it seemed like this was the perfect opportunity to get some revenge. We went to there base and I was RPing for about 5 minutes. I was saying I was a bailiff and they haven't paid rent. I gave them an option of 50 million rent or leave the base. This to some people could see it as "baiting for a gun fight". The reason why I said 50 million a huge number was because we did not want money, we wanted there base a sign of power. The refused all demands so we had to force our way in. We are 3 huge rebel gangs looking for power, of course it was going to end badly but this was not our intentions. We went there to take over their base. When approached by vladic ka his words were "thats extortion". Yes we are a rebel gang we will force you to give us money... Once again that was not our priority. We wanted the base. We gave them 2 ways to give it to us and they denied both. Once again we are a rebel gang, if you do not give us what we want we will use force to get it. (Just our way of RPing. We RP with them first, see if we can negotiate if not then we will use force)
Im still not sure why I was banned it could of been about the "extortion" or my initiation. If it was for my initiation it could of been easily solved by me just showing them a video. I ran be hide to a wall and said "alright if you want it to end like this, everyone in the compound put your hands on top of your heads!" around 15 seconds later "last chance or we will open fire". I get I was be hide a wall and people could not of heard me and that was my mistake. I spoke to some A members after and half of them said "love your RP mate it was a laugh" also "the reason why we lost the gun fight was because com's was going crazy". One reason why they could not of heard me.
I was not shown any video of this but Vladic Ka had just said "your roleplay was so bad mate" I would love to see the 5 minute role play I did leading up to the gun fight. Also after I got banned I went to A and asked them. They proceed to laugh about it and say "yeah this is what you get for calling us shit and saying no one respects our gang". They gave the video to Vladic Ka to get me banned not to fix the situation in my opinion that is extremely poor. Also, dont get me wrong but while speaking to Vladic it seemed like he was angry at the fact that we "ruined" there time of getting a gang base. Saying multiple times "Ascension are the reason why we added gang bases", "as soon as they get a base you come in there a ruin it with the people that just want to start gun fights". Im sorry to bring this up but this is exactly what happened between UNMC and LN gang base. The same EXACT scenario.
I take full responsibility for what happened. I should of made my initiation more clear and make more reasonable demands. Im not trying to say what I did was ok, i'm trying to say my side of the story and how it looks from my side. I feel like this could of been instantly resolved if I showed them my perspective. Once again I take full responsibility for my actions and have now realized what I have done wrong.

This is the one which i'm extremely ashamed about. I changed my name to FA. Conner Merlin. After I got kicked and asked to change my name by Kieran Rhead, I decided to play a "joke" changing it to FA. Monner Cerlin. After getting kicked for the second time I did what he asked and changed it to a suitable name. Again Im sorry for a immure joke that I thought was funny at the time. Now time has passed and people have made me see that it was not a joke at all. I do apologize.
A similar situation happened yesterday too. My name was FA. Bobby Shmurda and I was playing as a rebel. I did not want to leave the server and change it as the server was full and did not feel like spamming for 20 minutes to get back in. I then got a message from Fluqi asking me to change my name. I then changed my name to AreYouHappyNowFluqi. He then moves me into a team speak room and explains to me that I need to stop messing around with names as I could get in trouble. I listened to him and change my name back to Bobby Shmurda. I do apologize for this too.
I took advantage of Fluqi being my friend to be an idiot and play a joke. I asked Fluqi after I got banned if he was annoyed at me by changing my name and he said " I wasn't bothered by it, all you done was put yourself in the firing line. - At the end of the day, you got warnings for your name being stupid when you had conner merlin as your name yet you still chose to be an idiot." and I agree with him 100%.
Why should we unban you ?
I feel like I should be unbanned because;
I'm a long term member of this community. Even after being banned I attended the community meeting putting my suggestions out there trying to make this server better then it already is.
I have talked to staff, staff leads and management about this and they have all given me great advice on if i'm un-banned what I should do to not get in trouble again. And I will follow the advice then have given me.
I have apologized to all parties involved (Drew, Vladic Ka, Fluqi and Kieran) about my immature behavior and have assured them that I will respect staff and not take them lightly.
If i'm un-banned I will work on my roleplay even more as its been sliding recently. Playing as the NHS more often. (I have started to play it more and more already and i'm really enjoy it.)
