In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Me and my friend were banned because in the view of the player we were RDM'ing, this is clearly visible in the video provided with the ban. However this looked way differently from our perspective and I'm going to explain you why.

Why should we unban you.
So like I said, our perspective of this deathmatch was alot different then what was seen in the video. As we were processing our herrorin at the herrorin processor, we were plagued by multiple rebels. Most of them we fought off but at the time that PrincessJake and Mr Liam arrived we were still in the middle of a fight with some other rebels (That not much later killed us both). Also PrincessJake and Mr Liam were fully geared in rebel clothes and weapons so we were assuming that they were part of either this rebel group or backup for the guy in the truck that we were robbing. As you can hear in the video you hear my friend Jesse saying in the beginning "Take the truck and leave" so you can kind off see where we are comming from. At last i'd like to say that when PrincessJake and Mr Liam exited the car my friend never saw them putting their guns on their backs and didn't hesitate to shoot them because they were pointing at him. All I personally saw was the guy in the ghillie suit hiding behind the car and shooting at my friend and that's when I decided to shoot him aswell.

I hope this is enough to resolve the problems between us and to put us back on the server that we enjoy playing on so much.

I do, like I said our perspective was alot different then what was seen in the video. You have got to keep in mind that whatever we do whether it is legal business like selling copper or illegal business like dealing in drugs, we get robbed 9 out of 10 times so we have to be on our lookouts continuously. Also you can imagine when we are in the middle of a fight with rebels and the fastest car in the game pulls up with two guys completely geared in rebel clothes and weapons we can only assume that they are with those other rebels. So when those guys stepped out of the car with weapons in their hands we had to shoot them. You don't know how many times we tried giving rebels a chance and then they just end up pulling their guns and instantly shooting us. 

Lastly i would like to say that after watching the video about 20 times to find anything, I found that at 00:30 you hear my friend in the video saying "Go back" and "Don't get out of the car" but for some reason that didn't fully came through the voice chat making it even more confusing on both ends. 

And to come back on the original "Report a player post" where I said "There is nothing to resolve", We are fairly new to the server and we didn't realise that things could turn out so differently on both ends, so I would just like to say that in the future, if we were to be accepted again to the server we will definetly try to resolve things on teamspeak first instead of ignoring their request to resolve things fairly.

Wow... I've been waiting for a response for more then 48 hours and this is what I get? How many times do I need to write a letter trying to explain you guys that from our perspective it didn't look this bad. Of course from the video that you guys have seen we did almost everything wrong but the point is,  that wasn't our perspective and you don't know the situation that we were in. All we could have done better was maybe waiting longer before shooting those guys, but with my friend saying "Go back" and "Don't get out of the car" and them ignoring that how much of a risk would that have been? I really hope you actually take the time to read my response this time and then maybe you can come up with a better response, because from your last one it just looks like you have only watched the video and haven't taken our perspective (and situation and the fact that the voice chat didn't come through) into consideration.  

And btw all I personally did was shoot the guy in the ghillie suit in the very last second of the video and I had no idea at that time what had happened before that so if you really want to know specifically why my friend (in your eyes) has RDM'd, I suggest you ask that to him on his un-ban appeal instead of mine.

That is a whole lot of attitude coming from a player who is appealing a ban. I don't care what had happened before, shooting player who jumps out of a car with no words said is RDM. I suggest you take another look at the rules and then open up another appeal in a months time, when you've had some time to cool down.  But for now:
