In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
From what I recall what happened that lead to me getting banned was, me and my friend decided to rob this group of people at the uranium refinery, everything went smoothly until the police showed up. I ended up getting in to a gun fight with a couple of the officers, i was hiding behind a container and one of the officers ran past me without spotting me and I shouted at him repeatedly "put your hand up!" the officer tried to flee so i shot and killed him without giving the officer the warning of if you don't put your hands up I will shoot you. While all this was going down there was an admin watching and i got banned on the spot.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel i deserve a second chance back into the community because it was just a bit of blindness on my behalf giving if the situation was to carry on i would have addressed any issue that arrised in the firefight such as the one that i was banned for. I would have spoken to the officer and said that i was sorry and try to expand my understanding of the situation and how i could have improved myself as before i thought it was alright to have fired on the officer after saying that he would have to put his hands up whilst i was pointing my gun at him however now i see that i was in the wrong. I previously put an unban appeal in however was unable to reply at the time as i had personal reason why i could not reply at the time however now you have my 100% attention and am willing to do everything i can to rejoin the community, i have truely learned from my actions and speaking to one of my close friends has helped me have a better understanding of the server thank you for your time.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

The reason for this rule is to maintain a high standard of role play throughout the server as this is a RP server. This rule makes it so there is more interaction between other players and that it keeps role play to the best it can be so that you aren't just walking the streets and get opened fire onto for no reason it provides context to everything helping the server maintain high RP and standards

If this situation was to occur again I would include more quality role play and provide a better initiation, for example say to the police officer "Mr officer stop running, I am carrying a weapon and if you do not comply with what I am saying i will have to use deadly force!" And repeat this a couple of times and if the officer did not comply i would then open fire.

@brown987 so the police turned up and all you said was "Put your hands up!". Is that truly high-quality roleplay, as it seemed like you at that point thought so, when you were spoken to. Give us an example of what you'd say if this situation were to happen again.

Right so at first I would try to speak to the officers without escalating the situation to violence, for example "Hello officers, there has just been a robbery I would appreciate if I lower my weapon that yous will do the same." And if the police officers where to listen to me I would try get out the situation using good RP, or just face the consequences and go to jail.

i feel you just try to satisfy us, by saying you will just go to jail. 
We all know this will not always happen. So we want to hear a really good rp story from you here. 
Try again and do it with abit more effort.

Ah right, so after I had robbed that group of people at the uranium processor and the police showed up I would firstly get somewhere to hide where I could still speak the officers, I would inform them that I am currently armed and to just stay where the are so we could talk. if  they did not comply with that I would try to scare them by saying "I have gang members in the area with snipers if yous come any closer we will have to use deadly force" If the officers complied with my first request i would try to make the situation the best as it can be for me against however many officers by using quality role play, for example making up a story like "Me and my friend came down here as we own a private undercover investigation business and we seen these three HEMMT boxes coming down this direction so we came over to see if we could bust a group of people doing an illegal job." and i would just have to hope that the officers would go a long with my role playing scenario.
