In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Firstly I would like to say that I regret my actions and my fellow member's actions about this incident. My conduct has been exemplary up until this point in time and I have had no issues with any of the staff or any other player, just this one isolated occasion. I was unaware of the rule breaking that happened which was the VDM, (please note that I was not the one to engage in the VDM as I know you are aware of.) I was included in a scenario which was RDM

Why should we unban you ?

Unfortunately pulling someone over is hard to do with good role play as it could easily be seen as VDM. It was not a complete "lack of roleplay" but it was the dynamics of pulling someone over. Kempi Anderson was admit-tingly rammed off the road only to try to pull him over which could have been done in a better way, the member of our clan (Person A) told Kempi to "Get out of the vehicle" several times to which he drove into a small compound like area and person A tried to disable his car to which Kempi rightfully returned fire and incapacitated person A.

Now I was with my other clan mate (person B) who ordered me to get in his off-road and help with the ongoing firefight to which I promptly get in the off-road and was taken to the scene. Person B then fired upon Kempi at which point he was trying to rightfully so assassinate person A without initiation which I believe is ok as there was a gunfight that was going on with one of our members included in it. Person B covered me as I made my way to the brick wall on the other side of Kempi, my plan was to kill Kempi reason being as far as I knew he shot at person A after some conflict, however this did not happen as I was incapacitated, and only hit Kempi with one round leaving him on 71% health and then he killed my fairly so. It was Person B that killed Kempi and not me but this could be fairly seen as guilty by association with the RDM which I was banned for.

I also regret not going on team speak to sort this out if I am given me another chance and if I (hopefully not) get in more trouble I will do. Furthermore, I would like to come back on this server as it has a great community and I will leave the CMB group. However, I do not know where my clan mates got the idea of "gang initiation" from as I was not told about this and if I was I would not take part in such a thing.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

This server and many other servers have this rule in place to ensure their quality of role play and to catch out the people who either don't care about other peoples roleplay or have not read the rules to get them removed so they do not bring a bad name to this RP server and spoil someone else's experience.

If I get into this situation again i would either run for my life if I am not able to initiate or I would go up to the person who I am fighting to try and initiate on him. Or I would try to engage in a good standard of roleplay to try and de-escalate the situation or if I am able to I would try to then initiate correctly

Alright, you've been able to explain what you would do different next time, and youre talking about "initiating" on the person, how would this go? What would you say? What would your roleplay be? Please give us an example.

 
If i was in a position where i could talk to him i would say something along the lines of..  look we both want to get out of this alive how about we both put our guns on our backs and forget this happened. If this did not work and he continued to wield his gun i would try to sneak around him and say, Put your hands up or die or my friend will kill you! (whilst holding a gun). Sorry for the late response and thank you for waiting and not timing it out

We are going to give you the chance to prove your word and not break any more rules.

We strongly suggest you perform significantly higher quality roleplay at all times, especially when robbing or acting in a hostile manner.

You will not get such an easy second chance next time, don't let us down.
