I think this is not reason to ban me. This player laying down and he asked for help. My friend tried to give him med kit but it doesnt work. On server wasnt any medic, so I decided to end his suffering and kill him.

Why should we unban you ?
I notice it wasnt in green zone, and it was RP. After this incident he tried to contact me on TS (but TS is not RP for me, he had chance to talk with me in game). Instead he send some players to kill me or arrest me. And it wasnt RP because he could not know what is my name or name of friends of mine. So I think it was rule violation too. I wanted to play RP - it was RP, maybe brutal RP but it was. What he did wasnt RP and it wasnt reason to ban me. Im not hacker etc...i just enjoy my game and in RP im bad guy. Thats all. Any other players killed me hundredfold and I did not cry. This is RP - the brutal reality. My fault - I wasnt speak in game before i killed him, it was quick. Next time i will, i promise.
