Because I wrote back to another fellow player that I also had recording of him RDM'ing. It was never my intention to threat him/her when I wrote what I wrote. I hadn't read the rules about "Threats to report" but now I have, and now I have learned. Were a humans, we make mistake, that's the only way we learn. I hope you see that I'm more mature than my message later today sounded like. Again, I'm sorry for what happend and I solemnly swear that it will never happen again.
Why should we unban you ?
Because we are all humans and we make mistake, but it's good that the server has this restrictions, just makes it more serious and more attractive for players around UK/EU. I've learned from my mistake and again, it was never my intention to threat anyone at all. I hope you who reads this let's this flaw stay in the past, because I really love the server and I would love to keep playing on it. We fail, We Learn, We Die. Thank you for your time.
