Because I had WAAAAAAAAAA in my name on TS and Fuel took it as some sort of jab at himself.

Why should we unban you.
I did tell Fuel that the WAAAAAAAAAAAA thing had nothing to do with him as it was aimed at the fact I was hiding in the police HQ from all of the people trying to take me hostage... As were a couple of other officer in the same channel as me.

I will post as I am adding evidence, I tried to help kral as a member of the support team, as Crumbs was refusing to talk to him, just stating go speak to the officers that gave bad comms, I tried to explain that regardless of the comms, you was the person that shot Kral, without any sort of warning.

he decides the clever thing to do is ad "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" into his name half way through insinuating a crying baby.

I told him to remove it, he failed to do so

I gave him and official warning

he tells me it is nothign to do with me

so I banned him from teamspeak.

I may add that me telling you that it had no ties to you whatsoever genuinely meant that it had nothing to do with you. I'm not sure why you see this as a problem when you could have just said remove it anyway?

I still don't get why me saying that it isn't related to you is a problem? as for the rest, I was explaining to you why it was there...  

I also apologize for not acknowledging your saying yes in the last instance but I was frantically typing and didn't totally grasp it...

You were asked by a member of the staff team to stop being immature on TS. You also admit the RDM, however this was "due to comms".

If I tell a guy in my channel to shoot and he blindly does it, who would get banned? he would.
The fact you say "not my problem" seems to show you don't care about what you've done.

You are free to appeal this in 5 days, unless a report appears and passes for RDM, at which point you'll be denied.
