In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I've made an uranium truck with 96 refined uranium. I see a helicopter coming at me, 2 guys jump off it, the pilot flies away. Those 2 guys say they need to investigate my truck and they are a part of government security at uranium utilisation. Then I asked them why you have chosen to stop by my side. They said they need to make it all right with uranium so that it's not getting in wrong hands. I asked a permission for such an investigation. They said nothing. They then said it's illegal what I'm doing here. I said I know. One guy tried to surround me, I was not giving in, trying to stand somewhere not allowing him to be behind me. The pilot came with his helicopter. One guy in a mask asked me whether it's my friend or not. I said yes in order to puzzle them and they' make them think there's another person with me so they'd go away. I didn't know that this one (the ghillied armed man) was the one who delivered those two, just haven't payed attention. The pilot says: hey guys, it's my friend, you're not taking anything from him. The only person he trusts is me. I told them that I lied and I don't know the pilot after all said. I said you're trying to hijack my truck full of refined uranium. They told me to unlock the truck. I told them that I feel the scam. They were standing at my truck trying to open it. Then suddenly I saw almost naked man with a pistol (4th one, his friend) coming from the corned of uranium silo, aiming at me with a pistol. I got nervous and opened fire at those 3 scammers. I disabled those 3, and the naked man (who'd probably come due to the given information from those hijackers and he's a part of the gang) opened fire at me. I couldn't avoid bullets from the pistol of the naked man while I was shooting at 3 fully armed bandits. That naked guy incapacitated me and then shot me in the head... After a while I thought I could save my truck and I respawned at the airport, bought a sport car. I drove to the place and ran over the naked man shooting at me. I saw more men by my truck trying to revive their friends. I ejected from my car, jumped into the truck and tried to flee, feeling adrenaline in my veins. I noticed that there were 2 more new armed bandits. So it was a band of 6 armed men with 2 helicopters and a black sport car the same as mine. I drove towards the airport safe zone, they shot at me, though they were not involved in the roleplay from the beginning, destroying 2 tires, but I got behind the hill for some cover. One bandit in a black sport car chased me. I reached the green zone, he was following me. I wanted to get to the main road, but I thought that his car is faster and he will kill me on the road. I saw how those guys wrote in the main chat that they will complain to an admin that I incapacitated them, though I killed no one and I ran over the naked armed bandit. I jumped out of the truck, the person ran towards me trying to cuff me or something alike, I ran towards the truck and got in back. I tried to flee to the road, but he followed. He tried to ram with his car in the middle of the truck so that my truck flips over, but he failed. I tried to ram him as well, but that wasn't a success. After 2-3 circles around airport main building, I left the truck by the main entrance so that everyone can see if he tries to steal uranium, the alarm system would work and I can call the police, left the vehicle, the guy chased me. I told him to get away from me. He said smiling why did I try to ram him. I told him to stay away, crying for help. I reached the helicopter parking zone and asked a man in a hellcat to help me, but he didn't respond. I cried to the armed men at airport entrance for help. They asked what's happening to me. I told them that this person in scuba suit is trying to handcuff me and I need help, they want to hijack my property. Then someone stunned me, all got blurry, that appeared to be an admin. I explained the state of things to him, he said I broke the rules and he received complaints from that gang member whom I incapacitated. I said that I didn't know that shooting at 3 armed scammers that surrounded you and trying to hijack your property, while fail to pretend being governmental inspectors, because I understood that they want to steal the full truck not even working for it. They try to rob loners like me. I have no chance against 6 men if I refuse to give them what they want. I initiated first to have advantage. I told the administrator that I joined the server 3 days ago, he understood that I'm a fresh-comer and then he said that he will kick me from the server for a while and that I must read the rules, then I asked him what should I do when I'm being robbed and I understood. So that I should give them a full vehicle worth 2 million and I have no right to defend myself. And if I open fire at the robbers that is a rulebreak though they broke several rules too, they got away with it. He said he doesn't know. He asked me if the plan of the robbers was ingenious, I told him that's an interesting scheme. I was wondering if the administrator Yankee has any relationship to them or something. He said read rules and join in 10 minutes. Now I've read the rules, I comprehend them. After around 30 minutes I try to join but I'm being kicked while loading the session

Why should we unban you ?
Because I read the rules and now understood what I mustn't do. But I still have no clue what to do when you are being robbed. Why I if I defend myself from scammers it's a rulebreak. If I reject to obey they'd have me killed

I am a taxi driver and I absolutely love driving in the night with lights on. I am a friendly person trying to help others, I carry defibrilator and a stretcher to help people while I'm on the road. I was a hostage 2 times. This is the first time I got into such a strange situation with organized robbery. I had no chance over them, I decided to use self-defence.

I love your in script and arrangement of the map, the menu, the server is much better than the others. You have the nuclear zone which spooked me out when I first came there first in a suit. I'm new to Arma 3, I hope you understand my situation. I apologize for discomfort of the players and administration. I'd be glad if I could play on your server again. I am a valuable civilian member

It means you have total amnesia, or you are another person after you died, a better one. It also means that you have no memory of the place you left your vehicle. And thou shall no seek revenge because you know no one who robbed you or killed you, you cannot come back to the place where occasion was situated. You start a new life

This tells us that we should not open fire without a need, threatening our lives, which comes out of the roleplay situation. Thou shall not kill without an act of exquisite roleplay because that would be a bloodbath everywhere, anarcho-capitalism in its specific manifestations, where laws of the jungle work. It proposes not to be agressive, but use words for convincing others. And not to shoot others if you have a bad mood as well

Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

It says we should not ram other players if only we are ramming rammable vehicles designed to ram other vehicles. Thou shall not kill with a vehicle on purpose, neither to ram other players that try to kill you, shooting at you.  A vehicle is a tool for moving from place to place, not a weapon

(21/05/2018 11:46 PM) You were warned for breaking NLR and you read back the NLR rule to a staff member on the server. Also after you read it back to him you said you would make sure you read the rules later.

Now, when I read you appeal it does not say anything about your previous warning. 
 
You have lied somewhere along the line. Let's start telling the truth. What you can do first is explain why you have lied so many times to us?

I apologize that I did not mention. I forgot about that situation because even now I cannot remember the reason I had been warned to read the rules. Please, don't get me wrong. The first time I did not read the rules because I didn't know where to read them, I went to sleep, not getting it seriously, for I lately joined Altis life and was learning how to play. The next day I joined and played on the server well. The next day I got into this gang robbery of mine, which caused problems to me. The second time I was warned, I asked administrator where to read the rules, Yankee told me and I opened your site while playing. Sorry, I'm not good at explaining things, but that's how it happened. Don't call a lie the thing that I don't even remember, for I cannot even think of that. You call an interpretation a lie, but that's an obvious logical folly, we cannot know the truth, it's impossible, because everything is relative, we can only interpret events restrained by our ape brains and information we've got from our sensory systems — there are as many interpretations as many people's minds. Memory isn't okay for human beings, it's dynamic. 

Again, I am a human being, as well as yourself, sometimes I make mistakes and that's just okay, that's how we learn. I am playing as a civilian taxi driver, I am quite new, I did not read the rules that time. I apologize for that again, and I hope I won't get into situations alike, I will use screen-recorder next time

You spiked my interest, 

You say you don't remember being warned by a Staff member just before midnight restart on your first day of playing on our server. During that period of time with the Staff member gets you to read from the rules, the rule you have broken. He then explains it to you so that you understand. No more than 10mins after he has spoken to you the server restarts and you don't log back in until the morning.  I will add that you read the exact rule as the one you have broken in this appeal (5.3).

However, Within 3 hours of being banned, you have written one of the biggest blocks of text I have ever seen in an unban appeal. In your reply to me, you go on to tell me things like "obvious logical folly" "everything is relative" "Memory isn't okay for human beings, it's dynamic".  That is an amazing use of words for someone who can not remember when asked to do something forgets after 10mins. I would understand this if you did not care but from your replies you clearly do. 

I will keep this simple stop trying to feed me bullshit and tell me the truth.
