In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got Banned for crashing into a helicopter and blowing it up trying to rescue a friend who had been Kidnapped I was not driving at the time but i was in the car when it happened.We know it was wrong to do this and appologies for any inconvinence caused by this event we were just having a shitty day made worse by our mate getting kidnapped (Which we should of paid more attention to what was happening and this sad occurence would not of happened) .

Why should we unban you ?
I have played on Arma for a few years now and DONT do things like that Normally I am deeply sorry for the events that happened and assure you this will not happen again Ihope you will understand that i made a mistake and help me out so i can enjoy playing on your server once more.

You need to understand that this is a game with rules. 

The server is made into a hostile environment when people break rules just because they have been robbed, or in your case, their mate has been kidnapped.

VDM means to use ones vehicle as a weapon like ramming someone causing death by Explosion or  by shooting someone without just cuase or not engaging in Role play of anykind Players must iniate in some kind of role play giving them enough time to comply with you.
