Why should we unban you.
I actually have a alarmingly different argument to the evidence posted here;

(Just a quick heads up! This is quite a long appeal, as it discloses a lot of information and brings light to reality and justice.)
Now from reading the report written by a one "DerekHayle", one maybe led to believe that such evidence along with a contextual paragraph, may in fact, be a legitimate case of "Combat Logging" or, "RDM". However, despite as guilty as some of us may seem, my sole reasoning for this appeal is to show how easily evidence is fabricated and believed. Almost like an exploit provoked by in game anger. Now I very much understand if I am not un-banned, however I would like some form of administrative action to be taken against the claimants.
Now, my account of the ACTUAL event;
The rebel outpost. A place where easy mistakes and unforeseen random death matches frequently occur. Unlike portrayed in Mr Hayle's report, no robbery was taking place. And I quote; "me and my friends were buying gear at the rebel outpost when we realized people were trying to rob us." This, is simply not the case. From this short extract (ignoring the grammar), the main point argued is that supposedly "some guys", whom I assume to be Me (Jason), Dr. Ainsley, and Spudds were trying to rob these people. Now, you may have noticed that the person recording is not actually in the scene of role-play initiation, but I digress. At the time, Dr. Ainsley, who I will refer to as simply 'Ainsley', was near the .50 cal armoured vehicle. Unseen in the video, which I may add uses "BANDICUT", a software allowing manipulation of the scene duration, around 120 seconds of the original footage is missing. Once Ainsley saw the perpetrator running toward the vehicle, he repeated 3 times "Stop running or you will be killed." This was ignored, and in fear of his life, Ainsley jumped onto the gunner seat (important) and pardon my French, blasted the guy off of the surface of Earth. He was not in the vehicle before the warnings were expended. Clearly, this was seen as a problem by the individuals and as part of the fabrication added, quote "no words no nothing." From the camera view and audio of the person recording, this is NOT heard in the video and there is no further evidence to backup his claims. Without this simple piece of evidence, I'm sorry to say that case unravels further from here.
Now, you must realize that I was not communicating with the people whom were around me on the ALUK Teamspeak server, nor was I role-playing with them prior. Ainsley killed the man running toward him after repeated warnings, and Spudds was later killed during an engagement. This, unbeknownst to me at the time, and wanting a closer look at the ordeal decided to climb up into one of the towers protecting the perimeter of the base (shown in the video). From here, I was swiftly shot and killed by a high caliber rifle without any warning, further shown in the video. So in the reality of the situation, I was not grouped with Spudds or Ainsley and was acting as a sole operator. I had no reason to be killed. Yes, I closed Arma using CMD Prompt swiftly after the incident. My shadow play was not yet running, and I knew that I had no grounds for a compensation request. With evidence or not, I am not willing to loose over 500k of gear to people who read between the lines on the rules page.
So, the main point of this appeal is as follows. Ainsley (off road gun operator) fired upon the perpetrator well within his role-playing rights after he attempted to communicate to no avail. The people in the video then use this as a way to simply kill others which were not engaged in combat. In reality, only Spudds initiated with real force and he was picked off rather swiftly. There is no reason for him to be banned, nor Ainsley yet this is my appeal so I digress. I simply wish that people in the future properly listen to in-game communications, even if they are talking on Teamspeak. Not hearing or simply choosing to ignore commands in hope of a report appeal is not a proper way or excuse to go about doing things at ANY rate. On top of this, the blatant disregard for life demonstrated by the rebel running towards Ainsley's vehicle leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I didn't want to come to this conclusion, but it certainly seems like this disregard for in-game life was used to simply claim "RDM" or a start a very much needed fire fight.
Well, I'll tell you right here;
Rule 3B "Random Death Match"; Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Book 'Em Danno.
