In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I seem to have been mistaken for another player as the evidence in the original report shows two players committing an armed robbery in a green-zone, I don't however see me in this video. I believe that I have been mistaken for the masked player in this video and that is why I think I have been banned.

Why should we unban you.
I have not committed any banable offences in my entire year and a half on altis life UK and there is no evidence to show that I have however I have been banned for an offence that was not committed by me. I have no affiliation with any of the players in the video used as evidence. I therefore think I should be unbanned.

This may be another player by the same name I have seen others with the exact same name. However, this was not me. I was not online on the date as I was on vacation for new year. There has been another Deus online at the same time as me and my name was changed to Deus(2) on multiple occasions. This is a problem as it has been instantly assumed that the player who did this was me. I have played on the server for over a year now and play by the rules and take great care not to break them. It is players like this that ruin it for others including myself. I have become friends with many of the great guys on the altis police force who often come across players who play poor RP or break rules and was even a member of the police myself for a short time and had to experience this my self; so the fact that I am being accused for something that I have actively avoided doing for over a year on this server is rather annoying. I hope that this issue can be resolved and I can go back to enjoying the great community of ALUK.
