(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

I did not give the police constables in question enough time to react and I shot too early, also I should have gave a warning shot near their feet and not in to the wall at where I was laying down at the moment.

Why should we unban you ?
I have talked about this with the staff and we came to the conclusion I had given a false warning shot, and the police constables in question could not have heard it clearly. Also I did not give them enough time to react to the situation the where in. So I did rdm these gentlemen and I am sorry for doing what I did. However I do feel bad for what I did and since I am on this server for more then 2 years and I should have known better.

So you have been on the server for 2 years yet you commit a rule break which is possibly the most known rule?  not your best moment, can I ask what staff member you have spoken regarding your actions?  That way in can find out what was said etc

I have spoken with Azamai, and I have spoken with Stuart and Jefke. Also I have already resolved the situation with at that time CSO Entropy. And I told him I was sorry about what happened and that there was something to say about both sides. However I am the one that committed the "crime". I have been playing on this server for 2 years and I judged this situation too fast and I shot to early. I do recognize my mistake and I am truly sorry for what I did at the time.
