In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned simply due to a mistake on my end. At the time I was driving a hatchback through kavala when suddenly I received a notification outside of the game therefore I 'tabbed out' to check this message. However what I didn't notice is that I was still driving the car which (when I tabbed back in) I could see that I hit someone.

Why should we unban you ?
For this incident I am sorry and I do dedicate a lot of my time toward the server and this one mistake caused me to be banned. I will be careful in the future because I only want to have fun and don't want to spoil this fun for others

This is a serious roleplay community. 

Why are you ruining people's experience by not following the server rules? 

What should you do if you receive a notification outside of the game/or inside of it (like the mobile) in future?

A. Instantly tab out

B. Pull over to the side of the road immediately and then tab out

C. Check to see there is no oncoming traffic behind or infront and pull over correctly, then, tab out of the game and check your notifications.

 
I understand this and I know I messed up and I never deliberately meant to ruin the rp for others and in the future I will use option C .

Again, I apologize and will be more careful in the future.

Please explain VDM in your own words to me. What needs to happen in order to fall under that rule?

 
VDM is basically using your vehicle as a weapon and for anything to happen I don't really understand what you mean.

What he means is: In what situations is something VDM and in what situation it isn't?
